Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates And Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product size, and order details.

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier timelines. Most orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, remote delivery areas, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Regions

Cottage Stuff currently ships within Canada and the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout where available. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Returns And Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all included parts and hardware.

Lifetime Warranty

Cottage Stuff products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, normal wear, or failure to follow product care guidelines.
