How does The Pit work?
The Pit is designed to reduce smoke by improving airflow and creating a cleaner burn. As the fire burns, air moves through the fire pit to help the wood burn hotter and more efficiently.
The Pit also gives you control over airflow, allowing you to adjust the burn and better manage smoke while enjoying your fire.
What kinds of firewood do you recommend?
For the best experience, use dry, seasoned hardwood such as oak, maple, birch, or hickory. Dry wood burns hotter, cleaner, and produces less smoke than wet or soft wood.
Avoid using wet, painted, treated, or pressure treated wood.
IS THE EDGE EASY TO INSTALL?
Yes. The Edge comes with the hardware needed for installation and is designed for a straightforward setup on your dock.
We recommend having another person help during installation, especially when positioning and securing the ladder.
How long will my order take to ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, often the same or next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier timelines. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
Can The Flux Chair stay outside?
Yes. The Flux is built for outdoor use and made from UV protected HDPE with stainless steel hardware. For long periods of non use or harsh conditions, we recommend covering or storing the chair to help keep it looking its best.
How do I choose the right dock ladder size?
Measure from the top of your dock down to the water line. We recommend having approximately 3 steps below the water for comfortable use.
The 5 Step Ladder is best for docks with a water line approximately 14 inches to 19 inches below the top of the dock. The 6 Step Ladder is best for docks with a water line approximately 20 inches to 26 inches below the top of the dock.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all included parts and hardware.
Do your products come assembled?
The Flux Chair and The Edge dock ladder are designed for simple final assembly.
The Flux Chair ships in 4 main pieces that bolt together easily with the included hardware. The Edge dock ladder has a fully welded frame, with the steps shipped separately and ready to bolt on.
All required hardware is included with your order.
